Phoenix Sail & Power Squadron is dedicated to making boating safer and more enjoyable by teaching classes in seamanship, navigation and related subjects
Hundreds of boats and personal watercraft are checked at the celebration each year.
Each year volunteers from U.S.C.G. Auxiliary and Phoenix Sail and Power Squadron provide FREE vessel safety checks in the park
